1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and pnl7 ("pnl7", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pnl7 website located at pnl7.net and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services offered thereon.

By registering an account on pnl7, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the pnl7 platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You understand and agree to comply with all provisions contained herein;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of nationality or location.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a pnl7 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details;
• Not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a pnl7 employee or associated service provider;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order on pnl7 or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR oversight.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active pnl7 account at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If pnl7 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same player, all duplicate accounts will be closed, associated bonuses and bonus winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR as required.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to pnl7 during registration and throughout your membership remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify pnl7 of any changes to your personal details by contacting support. pnl7 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pnl7 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. pnl7 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

All activity conducted through your pnl7 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. pnl7 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your pnl7 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pnl7 support immediately. pnl7 may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation. Players are encouraged to use the account security features available in the account dashboard, including password updates and session management.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pnl7 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, subject to prior notice to the account holder via their registered email address. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon account reactivation or closure request.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pnl7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available in the Philippines: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). pnl7 does not apply currency conversion charges for PHP transactions.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded by a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. pnl7 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as third-party funded and may suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your pnl7 account and may vary by payment method. pnl7 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. pnl7 targets the following processing timeframes:

• GCash and Maya: under 5 minutes for fully verified accounts;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer: within one (1) Philippine business day;
• Other channels: as displayed in the cashier section at the time of request.

pnl7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests of significant value, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if such checks are required.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pnl7 is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are monitored for compliance. pnl7 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law. Deposits must not be made for the purpose of money laundering, and pnl7 accounts must not be used as payment intermediaries.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pnl7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings.

By claiming any pnl7 bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer. These specific terms are displayed on the promotion page and/or in the bonus notification at the time of the offer. pnl7 will not retroactively alter the terms of a promotion after a player has successfully claimed it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements while live dealer games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pnl7 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, colluding with other players, placing low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or exploiting technical errors or loopholes in the platform.

5.4 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only and are subject to the player's jurisdiction, account status, and verification level. Players who have registered a self-exclusion or applied a deposit limit may not be eligible for certain promotional offers. pnl7 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, subject to honouring offers already claimed by players in good standing.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

The phrase "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all gaming products on the platform.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all gaming products on pnl7 and are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of play. These limits may be adjusted by pnl7 from time to time and may vary by account, game, or promotion. Players are responsible for confirming applicable limits before placing bets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pnl7 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or using more than one pnl7 account;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity prohibited under Philippine law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or engaging in any form of sports corruption in connection with pnl7 betting markets;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pnl7 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access the pnl7 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pnl7 platform — including but not limited to the pnl7 name and logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pnl7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pnl7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any pnl7 content without our prior written consent. Scraping, framing, or mirroring any part of the pnl7 platform is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pnl7's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pnl7 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pnl7 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses of any kind;
• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected gaming outcomes;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions;
• Losses attributable to unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, regulatory directives, or acts of the Philippine government.

Nothing in these Terms limits pnl7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

pnl7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering a pnl7 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and platform improvement purposes. pnl7 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

11. Responsible Gaming

pnl7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes its obligations in this area seriously as both a regulatory requirement and a genuine company value. pnl7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by a PAGCOR directive or other competent Philippine authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pnl7 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, bonus winnings, and any other funds associated with the breach. Deposits made in good faith prior to the breach will be returned where the relevant funds can be clearly identified and verified.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your pnl7 account at any time by contacting pnl7 support. Upon account closure, any verified remaining real-money balance will be returned to your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pnl7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pnl7 will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the pnl7 platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the pnl7 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your pnl7 account, or your use of the platform shall first be referred to pnl7 customer support for resolution through our internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in respect of any unresolved legal dispute.

pnl7 will endeavour to resolve all player complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Players with unresolved complaints may also contact PAGCOR directly through the PAGCOR official channels.
